1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn headphones cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
